Rea Hellier and family

Dear Marginson family, I am writing this on behalf of my mother, Rea Heller. That being said I also have memories of your mom from my early years growing up on Memorial Drive, too. My mother spent many enjoyable days and evenings working alongside your mother while catering with the Legion Ladies Auxilluary. I have often heard her say what a wonderful worker your mother was. How she took it upon herself to go pick up everything the ladies needed to prepare food for the many functions they catered to at the legion, including mine and Kevin's wedding way back in 1978. Mom says Flo could whip up a fine pot of gravy. That when she took on something she went at it full steam ahead and never stopped until it was done to her satisfaction. Everyone knew how much she loved her family and her adopted town of Gander but that she never forgot her roots. Precious thoughts and memories from our family to yours. Take care.
